Suelta Sauna is Sydney’s first mobile Finnish sauna—built inside a 20-foot shipping container and thoughtfully designed to host up to 12 people, inspired by high-end Finnish sauna experiences.

Founded in 2022 by a sauna-loving couple from Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Suelta was born from their travel experiences, including encountering a horse-trailer sauna by the Celtic Sea in Ireland. They named their business after this moment and their vision to make sauna culture more accessible.

Suelta’s mission is to unite and re-energise people through mindful sauna rituals focused on “sweat, chill and release.” The experience centres on traditional Finnish löyly, cold exposure, and restorative rest—promoting mental clarity, cardiovascular health, and community connection.

Based in Turramurra, Suelta brings its mobile sauna to beaches, backyards, and events across Sydney—creating unique, shared spaces for relaxation and well-being.
