The access and use of this site and services and information made available via the site, is subject to the following terms and conditions, the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce Privacy Policy and any other terms contained on this site ("Website Terms of Use").

The Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce has developed this site for personal and non-commercial use. You may download and retain one single copy of the online materials, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate at any time, permission to make personal copies of material from this site. Member services

You must not disclose or permit the disclosure of any member identification or passwords provided to you by The Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce. The Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce is entitled to assume that its use of your member identification and password is permitted by you, unless and until the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce receives notification from you to the contrary and the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce has been provided a reasonable time to deactivate your member identification and password.

Security of Information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we serve to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. You must comply with all directions issued by the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce pertaining to use of your member identification and password to parts of the site or the services and keep your password securely. Termination of Access

If, in the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce' reasonable opinion, you breach any of these Website Terms of Use, we may suspend, terminate or limit your access to the site or the services and terminate your access to this site effective immediately. We reserve the right to cancel your membership identification at any time without notice and/or discontinue one or more of our services at any time for any reason.
