About the topic
It is widely acknowledged that teamwork is an important process in human endeavour. A team of individuals working together towards a common goal, sharing knowledge, skills and experiences will, more often than not, achieve more than the participants working individually.
Creating an effective team is hard work. It is more than just putting in place a process, it is about changing corporate culture and behaviours. Participants in effective teams must have a commitment to team success and shared goals, and be good communicators and enthusiastic collaborators.
Our speaker looks at how we create effective teams, what are the benefits of teamwork and working with teams in competitive and high pressure environments.
