The Annual General Meeting of the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce will be held at The London Hotel, 2nd floor, 234 Darling Street, Balmain NSW 2041 on 24th November 2004 at 6.00P.M. followed by a social event.

Please find enclosed the Agenda for the AGM, nomination forms for office bearers and committee members as well as a Proxy Form. A new committee will be elected at the AGM. Also enclosed are the minutes of the previous AGM.
